Meet the Team
Niamh Fahy, MMT, MT-BC, TCYM
An integrative therapist based in Austin, Texas. I am passionate about helping people navigate their world in a culture that can often feel overwhelming. I specialize in integrating psychodynamic music therapy and somatic therapy in my work with children, adolescents, and adults, to help support them through life's most complex challenges. I believe deeply in the power of human connection and the impact this has on how we move through the world.
My style is warm, empathetic and curious and I see therapy as a creative, collaborative and holistic process. My primary focus is on centering your needs and what matters most to you. I prioritize your story and what you would like to achieve in our work together while going at a pace that works for you. It takes a lot of courage to reach our for help and in our work together, I show up authentically with compassion and a commitment to provide a safe and supportive space for you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Registered Play Therapist based in Austin, Texas, dedicated to supporting children and families through life’s most complex and challenging moments. Through this therapeutic camp program, I create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can build confidence, develop emotional resilience, and strengthen social skills while feeling understood and supported.
Since 2014, I have provided specialized therapeutic services to children and families navigating anxiety, behavioral challenges, family transitions, trauma, and other difficult life experiences. My approach is compassionate, play-based, and developmentally attuned, allowing children to process emotions in ways that feel natural and empowering to them.
At the heart of my work is a deep commitment to each child’s well-being. I strive to create meaningful experiences that foster growth, connection, and lasting positive change — helping children not only overcome obstacles, but thrive.
